Master Plumber

This will include basic residential and commercial plumbing repairs as well as water heater replacements, repipes, drain stoppages and sewer line replacements and other plumbing services as needed.BenefitsBonus based on performance, company car, competitive salary, opportunity for advancement, profit sharing, free uniforms, training & development.ResponsibilitiesFull knowledge and use of Service-Titan SoftwarePerform residential and commercial service and repair work, including residential and commercial plumbing repairs as well as water heater replacements, re-pipes, drain stoppages and sewer line replacements and other plumbing services as needed.Analyze problems and understand what tools and services are needed for the problem.Follow health and safety regulationsPerform inspections of plumbing systems and be able to fix any problemsReport documents of any problems and action takenTest plumbing systems for leaks and other problemsQualificationsExtensive residential contact with customers and dealing with customers performing estimates etc.A high close rate and average ticket.Must have experience in home and commercial servicesKnowledge of current regulations within the plumbing fieldMust pass background checkAbility to use a wide variety of plumbing toolsGood physical conditionCustomer service experience as selling at the customers location is fundamentalMust pass drug screenMust have a valid Driver's LicenseInitial employment for first 30 days is commission only and we then perform an evaluation to determine salary levels. Key factors are attendance and being on time with customers with a low recall rate.
