We seek an organized Inventory Technician with a HS/Degree, 3-5 years lab experience, and MS Office skills to manage 5 labs and deploy AI inventory tools. Elevate your tech career with us! Location Painted Post, New York Job Type Contract Salary $20.00 - 25.71 per hour Work Hours 8am to 5pm Education Associates Responsibilities Organize, inventory, clean, and manage daily operations across five measurement systems engineering laboratories. Enter lab equipment specifications and data into inventory software while maintaining organized, compliant lab spaces. Lead the deployment of novel labeling, scanning, and AI-enabled technologies to streamline equipment tracking. Inspect laboratory spaces for safety compliance, cleanliness, and overall operational readiness. Research, order, and set up new laboratory equipment while providing ongoing support to engineering teams. Qualifications High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field preferred. 3 to 5 years of experience in a laboratory environment with strong organizational and documentation skills. Proficiency with MS Office applications, online research capabilities, and the ability to learn inventory management systems.
