Built on a commitment to quality and craftsmanship, we've earned a strong reputation for delivering reliable products and exceptional service.Position Overview As an Acrylic Bath Installer , you will be responsible for the professional and efficient installation of our bath systems. Using your carpentry and construction skills, you'll complete high-quality bathroom remodels-often in just one day-while ensuring an excellent customer experience.Key Responsibilities
- Complete bathroom remodels in as little as one day
- Use carpentry, trim carpentry, and construction skills to deliver quality installations
- Follow all company installation standards and procedures
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with customers
- Respect customer homes and leave job sites clean and organized
- Educate customers on product use, care, and maintenance
- Complete and submit all required paperwork and job photos
- Maintain inventory of tools and materials in your installation vehicle
- Minimum 2 years of experience in carpentry, construction, or home remodeling
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to take accurate measurements (tape measure, level, square)
- Basic plumbing knowledge (preferred)
- Proficiency with power tools (drills, jigsaws, etc.)
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Basic math skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
