This individual will be trained to administer Shockwave/RPW Therapy under the direction of our chiropractors and cross-trained to support additional therapies, patient care, and daily clinical operations. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, comfortable working directly with patients, and interested in growing within a fast-paced chiropractic and wellness environment. Prior chiropractic experience is preferred but not required, and training will be provided to qualified candidates.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n Administer Shockwave/RPW Therapy under the direction of the chiropractor.\n Assist chiropractors with patient care, basic assessments, and prescribed therapies.\n Administer spinal decompression and other in-office therapies as directed.\n Serve as a Wellness Advocate by educating and encouraging patients to begin and remain consistent with recommended care.\n Greet and check in patients while providing a professional, positive, and family-friendly experience.\n Educate patients regarding prescribed therapies and care recommendations.\n Assist patients with enrollment in care plans and completion of required paperwork.\n Maintain accurate and organized patient records.\n Manage patient scheduling and assist patients with maintaining consistency with their recommended care.\n Support the doctors and clinical team with daily office and patient-care operations.\n Maintain treatment areas, equipment, and clinical spaces according to office standards.\n\n\nQualifications\n\n Strong interpersonal and communication skills.\n Patient-focused and comfortable working directly with individuals and families.\n Professional, dependable, motivated, and receptive to coaching and feedback.\n Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.\n Ability to follow the chiropractor's direction and established clinical protocols.\n Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology is preferred.\n Previous Chiropractic Assistant or healthcare experience is preferred but not required.\n X-ray certification is preferred; training may be provided to qualified candidates.\n Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.\n Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-centered clinical environment.\n\n\nCompensation\n\n $18.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, certifications, and demonstrated skill set.\n
