District Manager – Lopez Auto Insurance

For over a decade, Lopez Auto Insurance has been a trusted name in providing reliable insurance and exceptional customer service. We’re seeking a bilingual District Manager to lead multiple store locations, drive performance, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee 10–12 sto re locations , ensuring strong sales, service, and operational performance
- Lead, coach, and develop store managers through regular visits, meetings, and training
- Analyze performance data and P&L reports to drive growth and profitability
- Support recruitment, staffing, and employee engagement initiatives
- Conduct business reviews and ensure compliance with company standards
- Travel regularly across assigned locations
What You Bring
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) – required
- 5 years of multi-store leadership experience
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Proven skills in sales, coaching, and customer service
- Strong communication and analytical abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and business tools
- Flexible and results-driven mindset
- TX Property & Casualty License (preferred)
