Assistant Manager

New store opening in July on West Mason Street in Green Bay! We are looking for a solid Assistant Manager to help us open this store with a bang!

Since 1972, Cousins Subs has been serving up better subs and a better place to work.

We're looking for hands-on leaders who are ready to support their team, take ownership, and grow with us. This is a full-time role requiring open availability and a strong work ethic.

What You'll Do

- Be on the floor 80-90% of the time-making subs, running the line, supporting the team

- Open or close the store (bread baking starts as early as 6 AM, closing until 11 PM)

- Help manage schedules, inventory, hiring, and training

- Step in for the GM when needed

- Make sure the store meets quality, service, and cleanliness standards

- Handle guest complaints professionally

- Follow food safety and health code standards

What We're Looking For

- At least 1 year of management experience

- Open availability (weekends, early mornings, late evenings)

- Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills

- Dependability and a team-first attitude

- Must pass a background check
