Stewarding Supervisor

Supervises hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implements, oversees, and follows up on all sanitation standards and procedures.
• Assists with ordering and maintaining product inventory.
• Maintains product and labor costs within budget.
• Supervises and trains BOH non-cooking hourly staff.
• Responsible for ensuring food service equipment is secure and maintained in proper order.
• Maintains consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
• Follows sanitation and safety principles when handling food and equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Experience with Microsoft Office
