Contract | Nights | 36–48 Hours per Week | 7 On / 7 Off Schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care within a Labor and Delivery unit, including postpartum, newborn nursery, and mother-baby settings
• Monitor and assess patients throughout labor, delivery, and the postpartum period
• Care for newborns in the nursery and support mother-baby couplet care
• Rotate weekend shifts as scheduled
• Flex to Med/Surg coverage when OB census is low

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of OB nursing experience
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Comfort and ability to work Med/Surg when OB unit census is low

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Paragon electronic charting system
• Familiarity with high-acuity Labor and Delivery environments
