Essential Job Duties

• Tend to clients’ social and emotional needs by joining them in activities and providing companionship
• Support mobility (help with walking, transfers or use mobility aids)
• Take clients to their medical appointments or personal errands
• Provide medication reminders
• Prepare meals, do laundry and perform light housework
• Assist with daily living tasks, such as dressing, toileting, bathing, grooming and eating
• Identify and address safety issues in the home or facility
• Keep accurate records of care provided

Full‑time employees (those working thirty or more hours per week) are eligible to participate in the organization’s 401(k) program after twelve months of employment and health insurance benefits including medical, dental, vision after ninety days of employment.
