WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Lead a team of program managers to drive special projects from COO, CS and Marketing activities to ensure on-time delivery of strategic priorities * Support the end-to-end quarterly planning process for the BC, PS, CSM, Customer Health, Marketing organizations, partnering with executive leadership to achieve results * Partner with the release management team to drive BC and CS workstreams on all product, pricing and services launches * Facilitate conversations and drive consensus for complex, ambiguous problems with diverse, sometimes conflicting viewpoints * Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including product management, go-to-market teams, product operations, product marketing to understand tasks and deliverables that are essential for launch and drive delivery of those tasks and deliverables * Partner closely with operational teams (e.g., legal, enterprise systems, technical accounting, go-to-market operations) to identify and resolve complex, cross-functional operational issues, often unique to each project

WHO YOU ARE

* Exceptional collaborator and communicator with an ability to lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional initiatives * Strategic thinker who understands the bigger picture while also being comfortable in the details of deliverables * 5+ years of experience leading complex programs and projects across GTM processes, release management, and cross-functional business operations. * Strong executive presence and communication skills; able to simplify complex topics, influence outcomes, and drive alignment across senior stakeholders

• Experience mentoring team members and team lead responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree in or equivalent work experience
• Proven ability to excel in the face of ambiguity and responding to changing

needs or shifting priorities while minimizing project impact * Ability to work well within time constraints to meet critical business needs Box lives its values, with community and in-person collaboration being a core part of our culture.
