This opportunity is designed for BCBAs who want to deliver thoughtful, evidence-based care while working within a supportive clinical structure. Remote and hybrid arrangements may be available depending on location and client needs. Candidates should reside in Georgia or within approximately 50 miles of the state border. Primary Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, reassessments and functional behavior assessments Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and behavior-intervention plans Analyze clinical data and modify programming according to client progress Supervise, train and provide ongoing clinical direction to Registered Behavior Technicians Complete telehealth and in-person supervision in accordance with BACB, payer and organizational requirements Provide parent and caregiver training that supports consistency and skill generalization Prepare progress reports, treatment updates and insurance-related clinical documentation Collaborate with families, technicians and leadership to maintain continuity of care Ensure treatment remains ethical, compassionate and responsive to each child’s individual needs Maintain professional, clinical and regulatory compliance Required Qualifications Active Georgia behavior-analyst license or eligibility to obtain Georgia licensure Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or a related discipline Experience providing ABA services to children diagnosed with autism and developmental disabilities Knowledge of functional assessment, treatment planning, behavior-reduction programming and skill acquisition Ability to supervise and develop RBTs effectively Strong clinical writing, communication and data-analysis skills Ability to work independently while remaining engaged with a collaborative clinical team Reliable technology and availability to support remote or hybrid service delivery Preferred Background Experience delivering home-based, clinic-based or telehealth ABA services Experience completing insurance-compliant assessments and progress reports Proficiency with CentralReach or similar ABA practice-management systems Strong caregiver-training and family-engagement skills Experience managing multiple cases without compromising clinical quality What Regency Offers Competitive hourly compensation Full-time and part-time flexibility Remote and hybrid opportunities, depending on location Weekly pay Paid time off based on position and workload Mileage reimbursement when applicable Company-provided technology and clinical resources Training and professional-development opportunities Clinical Philosophy Regency believes successful ABA therapy begins with trust.
