Skills: Accurate monitoring, Angioplasty, Cardiac Ablation, Cardiac Stent Placement, Carotid Stenting, Catheter/drain exchange, Central Venous Access/Port Placement, Chest Tube Placement, Cystoscopy, Dialysis Graft Creation/Revision, Dialysis Graft interventions (fistulograms/declots), Embolization, Endovascular Interventions, ERCP, Gastrostomy, Gastrostomy Tube Placement, Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) filter placement, Insertion/Programming of AICDs, Internal/external biliary drainage, Left heart catheterization, Liver Biopsy, Mesenteric Angiogram, Nephrostomy, Paracentesis, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Percutaneous Stone Extraction, Percutaneous transhepatic cholangiogram, Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA), Permanent Pacemaker Insertion (PPI), Radio embolization, Renal Artery Stent Placement, Right heart catheterization, Room circulator, Scrub- maintain sterile field, Stent placement, Temporary Pacemaker, Thoracentesis, Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy, TIPS (Transjugular Intrahepatic Portosystemic Shunt), Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography, Ureteral Stent Placement, Coil Embolization, Venous Access, CIVL, IVL, Hemo Dynamic Monitoring.

Unit Details: Staffing & Scheduling: Scheduling type, patient ratios days, patient ratios nights, patient ratios weekends, float required, cardiac cath and interventional radiology. Call required, weekend coverage, number of weekend shifts per contract, pre-approved time off, orientation hours. Facility & Patient Care Details: Patient age groups: Adults, Geriatrics. Daily census: varies. Number of visits per day, number of rooms, number of beds. Interdisciplinary support, patient diagnoses, special procedures/unit details, special equipment: Preferred: Siemens IR/CATH tables, MAC LAB, PACS, MERGE. Required: Power Injector.

Travel Compliance: Fingerprinting is required to be completed in the state of Illinois one week prior to start for any unlicensed positions. Subcontractors are responsible for setting up their candidates fingerprinting. IL Registry requires an account be set up to complete, this can take 7-10 days. Clinicians must be prepared to share their zip code and have a plan in place to complete needed lab items within 72 hours of signing contract. Modules: Modules are non-billable, up to 5 hours of modules. Modules are completed during orientation, and vary by specialty. Modules are recorded via transcripts.
