About the Role As an Executive Casino Host, you will drive casino profitability by developing strong long‑term relationships with high‑end customers and VIPs of the BetMGM brands, aiming to extract maximum value within their respective brands. With responsibility for a defined set of casino players, you will achieve company objectives through effective sales and telemarketing, increasing retention rates of our high‑end customers and VIPs. Responsibilities Maintain and establish relationships with current and potential guests to promote and sustain a high level of player recognition and service. Engage with our players to promote BetMGM, build customer loyalty and increase visit frequency. Respond to and address all guest requests, questions, and concerns in a timely manner. Own the guest experience in any situation using problem‑solving skills to WOW the guest. Establish and maintain a comprehensive player database. Generate incremental gaming revenue by anticipating, responding to, and consistently meeting or exceeding player needs. Manage all aspects of the relationship with the player, including hospitality events, daily/weekly/monthly communications, queries, contacts and escalations, including out‑of‑office hours when necessary. Maintain a personalized relationship with players, knowing their profiles, playing behaviors, interests, likes, and dislikes to offer a tailored, industry‑leading customer service experience. Create new business revenue by understanding, targeting, and developing relationships with potential high‑value players. Thorough understanding of existing products, services, and initiatives while proactively pushing new game offerings, channels, and platforms. Communicate through established business channels new member welcomes, investigation, loyalty, sales, surveys, and reactivation of lapsed members. Utilize daily reporting and analysis to assist with sound business decisions. Monitor individual customer betting behavior and ensure bonuses, gifts, and hospitality invitations are offered within strategy and agreed timescales. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and legislation, and identify and manage risks within areas of responsibility. Fully comply with and uphold company expectations, including policies, procedures, department goals, and business strategy. Conduct yourself with the highest level of integrity and honesty. Proactively identify service failures and resolve them immediately, notifying relevant stakeholders. Handle difficult customer interactions in a calm, professional, and reasonable manner. Participate in special events and off‑site casino marketing events, making them legendary for guests. Stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or college diploma preferred in a related field. Proven experience in digital or land‑based gaming, customer service, concierge, luxury hospitality, or account management. Relationship driven, computer literate with emphasis on Excel. Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette. Detail oriented with effective time‑management skills, able to produce results under pressure. Ability to work independently, provide top‑tier customer service, and identify customer trigger points. Analytically curious and able to think outside the box to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Excellent knowledge of gaming and the gaming industry. Experience hosting customers within a hospitality environment. Ability to travel and attend off‑property events as needed. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. with no need for immigration sponsorship. Position eligible for a performance‑based bonus plan. Salary The annual salary range for this position is $58,560 to $82,110, with factors such as geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications influencing starting pay. Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements As an online gaming company, BetMGM must comply with state gaming regulations. Employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency; certain positions may require multiple licenses. Failure to obtain or maintain required licensure may result in termination. The licensing process includes comprehensive background checks covering criminal records, financial history, and personal background verification.
