Solutions Architect

Our client, a leading organization in enterprise technology solutions, is seeking a Solutions Architect to join their team. As a Solutions Architect, you will be part of the IT and Systems Integration department supporting multiple internal teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Candidates must be located near a Hub and able to meet in-office requirements. Schwab Hubs include Austin, TX; Westlake, TX; Southlake, TX; Phoenix, AZ; Denver, CO; Chicago, IL)

Pay Range: $68.56

What's the Job?

• Lead migration and integration efforts for a central enterprise application portfolio management platform.

• Collaborate with internal architecture and engineering teams to design and implement APIs and data movement processes.

• Coordinate complex system integrations, including SaaS-to-SaaS migrations and cloud-based data transfers.

• Develop and oversee ETL pipelines, ensuring seamless data migration and system interoperability.

• Act as a technical lead, providing guidance and problem-solving support across multiple teams and stakeholders.

What's Needed?

• Strong experience with enterprise application architecture, API design, and microservices.

• Hands-on knowledge of data/ETL processes, including database concepts and data migration techniques.

• Experience working with cloud environments such as GCP, AWS, and on-premises systems.

• Proficiency in building and consuming APIs, with some exposure to Informatica or similar ETL tools.

• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to coordinate multiple technical teams effectively.
