Under direction supervision, this position is responsible for working with customers to discuss ways to maintain their account in a current status and resolve any outstanding issues. This position typically requires a high school diploma or equivalency and one year of work-related experience. Explains options and works with customers to resolve past due amounts. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of commercial collection experience. 1+ years of 1st party collection experience preferred. Basic Excel spreadsheet skills required. Strong organizational skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to identify issues and act independently to resolve them. Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.
