New Graduate RN Residency Program New graduate nurses at Mercy Hospital South are supported through our comprehensive RN Residency Program, designed to help you transition from student to practicing nurse with confidence. This 8–16 week hands-on clinical training experience provides structured support while you develop practical skills and build clinical confidence.
