We are seeking a licensed Boat Captain to operate pontoon boats for our rental business on Lake Norman. This role involves solo operation of vessels, providing guided tours to customers during the boating season. The schedule is flexible with consistent seasonal work, and the environment offers a great vibe for those passionate about boating and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Navigate pontoon boats safely on Lake Norman
- Engage with customers by providing guided boat tours
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure vessel safety and functionality
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of boat operation experience
- Valid Captain's license
- Strong boat handling and navigation skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Effective time management skills
