IT Support Analyst 1

Our client is seeking an IT Support Analyst 1 to provide hands‑on desktop and end‑user support for internal users. This role is ideal for a troubleshooting‑focused IT professional who enjoys resolving hardware, software, peripheral, and connectivity issues while continuing to expand their technical skill set. What You’ll Do: Troubleshoot Windows 10 PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, Apple mobile devices, and other peripherals. Provide desktop and telephone support for hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues. Install software and equipment and perform minor repairs to hardware and peripheral devices. Diagnose and resolve end‑user issues, guiding users through clear troubleshooting and problem‑solving steps. Use ticketing systems and technical knowledge bases to document, research, resolve, and elevate issues as appropriate. Perform maintenance, software installation, end‑user support, and basic user training to support equipment and network performance. Independently image and reimage equipment in preparation for deployment. What You Bring: 2+ years of experience as an IT Support Analyst, PC Support Technician, Help Desk Technician, Desktop Support Technician, or equivalent role. Strong hands‑on knowledge of Windows 10 troubleshooting and support. Experience supporting PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and related peripherals. Experience using ticketing software and following defined escalation procedures. Ability to troubleshoot basic networking and connectivity issues. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑focused approach. Associate degree or relevant technical certifications are preferred. Why Join Us?
