Clinical Nurse - Neurology/Orthopedics

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care within a specialized inpatient rehabilitation unit, focusing on adult to geriatric patients with complex conditions such as stroke, orthopedic issues, neurological disorders, and traumatic injuries. Key Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with nursing standards. Develop and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Promote patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance. Assess physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs, considering patient preferences and barriers to involvement. Participate in professional development activities and ensure effective communication across care teams. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and less than two years of experience. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
