LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate, high-quality care to seniors in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will deliver direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, document clinical observations, and support care plans under RN and physician direction. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate residents and families, and promote a safe, respectful environment.
