Media Buyer

We're hiring a Media Buyer for a fast-growing performance marketing agency that helps direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands in the outdoor and sports space scale. The role You'll own Meta and Google strategy and execution for 5 to 7 client accounts, You'll report to the Head of Performance Media and work closely with Account Managers and a Creative Strategist. What you'll do Build and run campaigns on Meta and Google (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) Analyze performance daily and decide where the next dollar should go Manage and optimize Google Shopping product feeds Design and run structured tests Join client calls to present results and recommend next steps Bring proactive ideas for new tests, budget shifts, and channels What we're looking for 3 to 5 years of hands-on media buying on both Meta and Google Agency experience managing 5+ accounts at the same time DTC / e-commerce background Hands-on Google Shopping and Performance Max experience Strong English and confident presentation skills A curious, proactive, ownership mindset Experience with Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar tools TikTok, Snapchat, or Pinterest experience Google Ads certification What we offer 100% remote, working US Central Time hours A young, growing agency where you'll help build the playbook #J-18808-Ljbffr Vintti
