Technical Consultant SAP IS-H

Du unterstützt Leistungserbringer beim Umsetzen und Weiterentwickeln von Geschäftsprozessen und trägst die Digitalisierung mit modernen Methoden und viel Eigenverantwortung voran. Responsibilities Du unterstützt Leistungserbringer beim Umsetzen und Weiterentwickeln von Geschäftsprozessen. Du bewertest neue Systemanforderungen auf Realisierbarkeit, Risiken und Wirtschaftlichkeit und erstellst die technische Spezifikation der Fachanforderungen. Du konfigurierst SAP‑Add‑Ons für Patientenadministration und Patientenfakturierung (IS‑H und IS‑H basierte Substitute) sowie Schnittstellen und Datenflüsse von und zu SAP‑Core und Umsysteme wie KIS, Behörden und Versicherer in Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellenspezialisten. Du verantwortest Stammdatenmanagement und pflegst die Regelwerke im Patientenmanagement und in der Patientenfakturierung. Du testest und implementierst Change Requests und bist die Ansprechperson für den Support. Qualifications Abschluss (Uni/FH/HF) in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Gesundheitsmanagement oder Betriebswirtschaft; alternativ technischer Abschluss (EFZ) mit Weiterbildung (FH/HF) in Informatik. Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion im SAP IS‑H Umfeld. Praxis in der Konfiguration und Anwendung von SAP IS‑H in Gesundheitseinrichtungen. Gute Kenntnisse der Prozesse im Patientenmanagement und in der Patientenfakturierung in der Schweiz. Lösungsorientierte, präzise und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise. Freude an Zusammenarbeit, teamfähig, kommunikativ und zuverlässig. Neugier und Initiative für die Weiterentwicklung von Gesundheitslösungen. Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift.
