Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN

Responsibilities Meridell Achievement Center is a 134-bed, seclusion‑free psychiatric residential treatment facility located northwest of Austin. The 60-acre campus offers mature oaks, rolling hills, walking paths and outdoor spaces. It has seven unique living units separated by gender, age, and developmental needs with a swimming pool, gymnasium, sports court and playing fields. The facility provides 24‑hour psychiatric care to girls and boys ages 10 to 17 years old with customized therapeutic approaches and intensive behavioral programs to teach young patients to moderate their behavior, manage emotions and improve social functioning. The role is Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) who will work weekends and occasionally weekdays, assisting the admissions department and working directly with pediatric patients on the units.
