Director, Commercial Excellence & Analytics

Becton Dickinson seeks a Director of Commercial Excellence & Analytics to lead performance improvement across the Surgery division. The role combines analytics, business intelligence, automation, and continuous improvement to strengthen sales effectiveness and drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial excellence strategy aligned with business priorities and enterprise standards
  • Deliver analytics and business intelligence capabilities to support commercial leadership decisions
  • Develop automation and AI roadmap to reduce administrative burden and improve productivity
  • Apply BD Excellence methodologies and lead process improvement initiatives
  • Lead, develop, and mentor team of analytics and commercial excellence professionals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years in commercial excellence, sales effectiveness, analytics, or consulting
  • Experience building and leading analytics or commercial excellence teams
  • Strong knowledge of sales operations, forecasting, CRM platforms, and commercial processes
  • Proven ability to influence leaders and drive change across matrix organizations
  • Medical device, healthcare, or regulated industry background
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Power BI, analytics tools, and continuous improvement methodologies
