Lo que hars:
- Lidere, capacite y administre un equipo de personal de restaurante para garantizar un alto rendimiento y motivacin.
- Supervisar las operaciones diarias del restaurante para mantener un servicio fluido y eficiente y un ambiente de trabajo positivo.
- Asegrese de que los altos estndares de calidad de los alimentos, limpieza y servicio al cliente de Chick-fil-A se cumplan de manera constante.
- Implementar y mantener las polticas y procedimientos operativos de la empresa.
- Fomentar una cultura de excelencia y profesionalismo mientras lideramos con el ejemplo.
Lo que estamos buscando:
- Experiencia comprobada en gestin de restaurantes o un puesto de liderazgo similar.
- Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicacin e interpersonales.
- Pasin por el desarrollo de los dems y por trabajar en un entorno acelerado y orientado al equipo.
- Capacidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles, incluidas las noches y los fines de semana.
- Se requiere diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente.
