This is a potential to hire position for 3rd/5th shifts, apply today!Line Attendant Responsibilities:Cross-training and working across all production linesRemoving raw materials from pallets, totes, bags, or cartons; feeding production lines per product specificationsPerforming equipment setup, changeovers, cleaning, and minor assemblyInspecting cheese and materials for quality or foreign matter; cleaning or segregating product as neededConducting in-process quality checks and completing required documentationPackaging, boxing, scanning, and palletizing finished products; removing completed pallets from production areasOperating processing, packaging, lot dating, palletizing, and material-handling equipmentMaintaining sanitation, housekeeping, and safety standards in all work areasTracking material movement using touch screens and data collection devicesReporting food safety or quality concernsRequirements for Line Attendant:High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrior manufacturing experience preferredAbility to understand, read, and write in EnglishBasic math skillsAbility to walk/stand for 8-12 hoursRegularly lifting 40-50 poundsStrong communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentsAbility to work in warm/cool environments (55 – 80 degrees)QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
