Marketing Manager

A growing technology organization is seeking a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to serve as a key partner to senior marketing leadership. This is an opportunity for a strategic yet execution-oriented marketer who can independently own meaningful portions of the customer funnel - from acquisition and conversion through lifecycle engagement, content, and community growth. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, turning strategy into action, using data to improve performance, and creating clear, compelling content for a self-service customer base. This role is particularly well suited for someone excited by the evolution of search, content, and customer discovery in an increasingly AI-driven landscape. What You’ll Do: Own lifecycle and email-marketing initiatives that support customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and conversion. Drive conversion-rate optimization across signup, onboarding, upgrade, and other self-service funnel experiences. Manage and maintain the content calendar, translating SEO, keyword, and agency recommendations into an actionable content-production plan. Develop high-value written content, including landing pages, comparison pages, use-case content, and other conversion-focused marketing assets. Partner with an external agency on PPC and paid-social strategy, campaign direction, briefs, and performance review. Manage and grow the company’s organic social-media and community presence across relevant platforms and channels. Monitor, analyze, and report on key lifecycle, conversion, content, paid-media, and funnel-performance metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure marketing initiatives support broader growth, product, and customer-experience goals. Identify opportunities to improve messaging, campaign performance, customer engagement, and the overall self-service journey. What We’re Looking For: Four or more years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, content marketing, demand generation, or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience owning marketing programs and moving projects forward independently with limited direction. Strong understanding of SEO and emerging AI-driven search and discovery practices, including AIO/GEO concepts. Experience guiding PPC and paid-social strategy, including developing briefs and partnering effectively with outside agencies. Hands-on experience with lifecycle and email-marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools. Familiarity with conversion-rate optimization principles, A/B testing, customer-funnel analysis, and performance measurement. Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical or complex subject matter into persuasive, customer-friendly content. Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to prioritize work and improve marketing outcomes. Highly organized, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable balancing multiple initiatives in a deadline-driven environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting a subscription-based, SaaS, technology, infrastructure, networking, or digital-product business. Familiarity with freemium models, pricing-model transitions, self-service customer acquisition, or product-led growth. Experience partnering with external marketing agencies across SEO, paid media, content, or social campaigns.
