Lead the Bar at Misfits Haymarket – Bar Manager Opportunity

What You'll Be DoingAs the Bar Manager at Misfits Haymarket, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our bar operates smoothly and delivers exceptional service to every guest. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and inspiring a team of bartenders and staff to deliver top-notch service.
- Managing daily operations of the bar, including inventory, scheduling, and quality control.
- Ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members.
- Maintaining efficiency and composure in a fast-paced setting.
- Collaborating with the team to create a fun and memorable experience for all.
We’re seeking a candidate who brings both experience and enthusiasm to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or within the bar/restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- A passion for hospitality and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
