Electrical Service Technician
B&D Electric
B&D Electric is hiring a Service Technician to join our field operations team in Gainesville, FL. We're looking for an experienced technician who is comfortable running a company service vehicle, managing a daily route, and delivering top-tier electrical service to our residential and commercial clients across North Central Florida. What You'll Do
- Handle scheduled and emergency service calls across our territory
- Diagnose and repair electrical systems: panels, wiring, outlets, fixtures, and more
- Operate your assigned company vehicle safely and professionally
- Manage vehicle inventory and maintain accurate service documentation
- Be the face of B&D Electric for our customers, professional every time
- Valid FL driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience running a service/work vehicle
- Journeyman or Apprentice Electrician license (preferred)
- Solid NEC knowledge and hands-on electrical troubleshooting experience
- Self-starter who can work independently in the field
