Ideal Candidate: Compassionate and patient‑focused Experienced in post‑acute and long‑term care settings Skilled in dysphagia management and cognitive rehabilitation Organized, dependable, and team‑oriented Passionate about improving patient outcomes Responsibilities: Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals Deliver evidence‑based therapy interventions Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and physical therapists Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and recovery plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensure compliance with SNF regulations and therapy standards Qualifications Required: Active Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) license SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology Current CPR/BLS certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a collaborative healthcare environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
