Assistant Project Manager

Location: Philadelphia, PA - Projects across the Mid-Atlantic

Qualifications:

• Construction Site Experience; minimum 2 years experience
• Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering Degree

Job Duties:

• Work with Client to plan, schedule, oversee, and manage on-site activities of project to ensure project’s goals and schedules are met.
• Assist with managing and tracking RFIs, submittals, cut sheets and other project control documentation.
• Assist with inspections and help manage operations in the field to meet design standards and owner’s intent
• Complete accurate daily reports including weather and subcontractor manpower reports, safety logs, equipment rentals, and other reports as needed.
• Assist with managing safety on the job to ensure that all contractors and sub-contracts follow OSHA standards. Conduct safety audits with Safety Manager.
• Set up, oversee and cause to be maintained phone systems, internet WI-FI, fax, office furniture and any other systems necessary for operation of trailer.
• Record and distribute meeting minutes as required
• Ensure that required notices are posted and updated at job site.
• Assist PM with punch list, project close-out, and other duties as required.
