Tiny Little Blessings is growing, and we are looking for an energetic, dependable, and loving Preschool / Pre-K Teacher to join our team!

Our 3 & 4-year-old classroom is an important part of preparing children for their next big step into kindergarten. We are looking for a teacher who understands that great early childhood education is about more than worksheets and academics—it’s about creating a classroom where children feel safe, loved, challenged, encouraged, and excited to learn.

Tiny Little Blessings is a Christian preschool and childcare center in Mount Juliet, Tennessee , serving children from infancy through Pre-K.

We believe the early years create the foundation for a child's future. Our goal is to provide children with a safe, loving environment where they can build relationships, develop confidence, learn through meaningful experiences, and grow in their faith.

We aren't looking for someone who simply wants a childcare job. We're looking for a teacher who wants to make an impact.

What You'll Do

As our Preschool / Pre-K Teacher, you will:

• Create a fun, structured, and engaging classroom environment for children ages 3–4
• Implement age-appropriate curriculum and hands-on learning activities
• Help children develop early literacy, math, language, social, and kindergarten-readiness skills
• Incorporate learning through play, music, movement, art, centers, and group activities
• Establish clear classroom routines, expectations, and positive behavior guidance
• Support children's social-emotional development, independence, and confidence
• Communicate professionally and positively with parents
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming classroom
• Work collaboratively with our teachers and leadership team
• Help incorporate our Christian values through kindness, encouragement, prayer, Bible lessons, and age-appropriate faith-based learning

Requirements

• Confident managing a preschool classroom
• Able to provide structure while still allowing children to explore and enjoy learning
• A strong communicator with both families and coworkers
• Passionate about helping children grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually
• Willing to be an active member of the TLB team—not simply supervise a classroom

Nice To Haves

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in childcare, preschool, Pre-K, or early childhood education
• Experience with 3- and 4-year-old children strongly preferred
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate preschool practices
• Ability to meet Tennessee childcare licensing requirements
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
