ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Kitchen Manager leads the team in day-to-day culinary execution while upholding the highest standards of food quality, safety, and compliance.
This role is responsible for:
- Leading BOH execution during daily service
- Upholding and enforcing DOH safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
- Coaching the team and upholding food to the highest standards
- Training and developing all BOH team members
- Taking ownership of kitchen facilities, equipment, and organization
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution, standards, and team development.
