Lab Specialist, Oligo (6-Month Term)

Role: Lab Specialist responsible for supporting oligonucleotide synthesis operations, ensuring accurate, safe, and timely workflow execution. Responsibilities: prepare reagents, handle hazardous chemicals, maintain inventory, assist with equipment setup, cleaning, troubleshooting, and documentation; coordinate with vendors and respond to equipment alarms during after-hours rotations. Requirements: BA/BS in a relevant field with at least 1 year of college-level Organic Chemistry coursework; ability to lift up to 40 lbs; strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office. HighValue: biopharma laboratory setting, oligonucleotide synthesis, chemical handling, equipment maintenance, safety compliance, and documentation.
