Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Telemetry

Location: Gallatin, TN

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 07:00-19:30

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Telemetry team. The role involves providing high-quality patient care across various age groups in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must possess strong monitoring and assessment skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize telemetry to monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform patient assessments and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• At least 1 year of MS/Tele experience.
• Proficient in IV insertion and medication administration.
