Our client is an AM LAW 200 law firm seeking a Construction Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction litigation or construction defect litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in construction litigation and excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Required Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in construction litigation or construction defect litigation Excellent academic credentials Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Admission to the Florida Bar Preferred Qualifications: Experience handling sophisticated construction litigation and construction defect matters Strong case analysis and legal strategy skills Experience managing complex litigation matters and client relationships A portable book of business is not required for this opportunity. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated construction litigation matters with the resources and platform of a highly respected AM LAW 200 firm . Attorneys may choose a hybrid or remote work arrangement , providing flexibility while maintaining access to a collaborative legal team. Salary: $150,000–$200,000+ with bonuses , depending on years of relevant experience.
