Details CT Scan unit in a community hospital setting Equipment includes a Philips Ingenuity 64 CT scanner, GE rad rooms with Fuji digital plates, and a Philips digital portable x‑ray unit Position requires both CT and x‑ray coverage, with floating to a satellite campus possible 12‑hour night shifts, Monday through Sunday Minimum every other weekend required; schedule may be adjusted to meet unit and patient care needs No block schedules under any circumstances Epic EMR used; experience required 16-week assignment with potential extension up to 32 weeks Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are considered local; those 51–100 miles away fall under a different pay tier; distance is measured in a straight line, not by driving distance Requirements Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience required; 5 years preferred Prior travel experience requiredCT ARRT and Rad ARRT certifications required NY injection certification required NY state license required; proof of pending application with applied date accepted if license is not yet issued (note: NY licensing typically takes 6–8 weeks) License required if applicable Epic experience within the past 2 years required (non‑negotiable) At least two professional references from a nurse manager and/or supervisor required, with one from the past 6 months and one from within the past year of employment SSN and DOB required for consideration Reliable personal or rental vehicle required; public transportation is not accessible in this area Vehicle must be equipped with all‑season or snow tires from November through April Additional Information Perform CT imaging as well as general x‑ray and portable x‑ray studies Floating to a satellite campus may be required This is an interview‑to‑offer position Bi‑weekly orientations begin on Mondays All employment gaps of more than 90 days must be explained Complete work history is required, including bed count, EMR, and facility type American Traveler Job ID #P-690475.
