What You'll Do

• Lead the daily operations of a thriving, patient-centered dental practice.

• Inspire, coach, and develop a collaborative, high-performing team.

• Create systems and processes that support efficiency, consistency, and exceptional service.

• Partner with doctors and leadership to achieve clinical, operational, and financial success.

• Ensure every patient receives a warm, personalized, five-star experience from their first phone call through treatment completion.

• Monitor key performance indicators and use data to coach, celebrate successes, and identify opportunities for growth.

• Foster a culture of accountability, positivity, continuous improvement, and teamwork.

• Help recruit, onboard, and develop future leaders within the practice.
