Ensure vehicles are securely loaded and transported per safety regulations. Perform basic mechanical inspections and maintenance on tow trucks. Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive, reassuring attitude. Navigate efficiently using GPS to reach service locations promptly. Work alongside Police agency's Help maintain the shops and yards as needed What We’re Looking For: Mechanical knowledge : Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting. TIM's certification ( can be done at Learning.respondersafety.com for free) Customer service skills : You’ll be the face of our company when drivers need help most, so communication and care are key! Valid DOT health card Team player : Positive, reliable, and able to work well with your colleagues. Local knowledge : Familiarity with roads, highways, and local routes is a huge plus.
