Job Responsibilities

• Help consumers find the "right" insurance plan for their needs
• Provide top-notch, friendly customer service via phone, email, and text
• Service personal insurance policies
• Assist clients with policy changes, payments, and general questions
• Check in with clients at renewal to ensure satisfaction with our agency

What Traits Are We Looking For?

• Great Communicator: strong communication skills with a friendly, upbeat phone voice
• Self-Driven: you know how to get the job done and don't need to be micromanaged
• Work Ethic: you either have it or you don't...at Switch you need to have it
• Tech Savvy: above-average computer skills or a quick "digital" learner
• A Pulse: that's just a little test to see if you're still paying attention

Requirements

• Insurance license Goals (Property & Casualty): You must have a goal of obtaining your property & casualty insurance license.
• Experience in sales or insurance is preferred, but not required
