Village of Pleasant Prairie RecPlex is seeking a full-time Member Services Administrator to support day-to-day membership services, welcome guests, and resolve member concerns. The role supervises shifts, ensures policy compliance, and coordinates staff coverage as needed. Responsibilities include processing memberships, day passes, and payments; maintaining records; and promoting service excellence to retain members.
