Tech - CT

Job Summary:
Providing radiology services as a CT/X-ray Technologist, this role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures in a hospital setting. The position requires working Thursday and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CT and X-ray equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and patient care standards during imaging procedures.
• Document patient information and imaging details accurately in accordance with hospital policies.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to ensure optimal diagnostic outcomes.
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Follow infection control procedures to ensure patient and staff safety.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid VA State Licensure for radiologic technology.
• Possess a BLS/ARRT-CT certification.
• Have at least 2 years of experience working in a hospital environment.
• Demonstrate proficiency in operating CT and X-ray imaging equipment.
• Exhibit excellent patient care and communication skills.
• Be able to work flexible hours including weekends.
