Must be willing to work 3rd shift. Essential Job Functions: Ensure facilities and equipment are maintained to ensure safe and efficient production Preventative maintenance Support multiple projects including launch strategy and project timelines Review and provide input on new equipment. Mentor maintenance teams Coordinate training and skill improvements including apprenticeship education and training. Attend required environment, health and safety training with employees. Conduct effective, timely accident investigations and initiate corrective action. Strive for safe production and train and encourage employees to follow safe work practices Enforce rules and procedures consistently. Supports quality, environmental and 5S programs. Lead by Example.
