Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our first retail store in St. Louis with many more to come. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, achieving sales goals, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Determine pricing for a wide range of electronics from smartphones, tablets, laptops, game systems and more through our software, referencing additional resources provided. Negotiate pricing with customers, maintaining a professional attitude, demeanor, and business acumen. Manage store budget, including expenses and revenue. Oversee inventory control and ordering processes. Supervise shift management and ensure smooth store operations. Recruit, train, and develop store staff. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Handle stock management and merchandising. Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff. Identify and test a wide range of consumer electronics from our customers. Close sales and generate intake receipts. Administer all aspects of online transactions, including packaging and shipping. Requirements Excellent electronics knowledge and handling of smartphones, tablets, laptops, game systems – e.g., data wiping smartphones, removing iCloud accounts, testing game systems, Windows use, MacOS use, quickly identifying, testing, and assessing a wide variety of consumer electronics while communicating with customers in a high‑paced environment. People‑person skills, ability to befriend and build relationships with all types of customers, remain focused in a high‑volume/fast‑paced environment, and adapt from customer to customer and situation to situation. Typing skill: type quickly and accurately – accuracy is paramount as you will be entering the final records of purchase. Punctual, upbeat attitude, team player, professional demeanor. Ability to follow protocol and procedures. Professional appearance. Must be well‑spoken (English); bilingual Spanish is a major plus. Understanding of popular second‑hand online auction sites and ability to reference/search completed listings of products quickly. 2+ years of sales and customer service experience required. 1+ years of management experience required. Must be able to remain on your feet for hours at a time, possibly 8+ hours. Ability to lift 25lb items. Potential periodic drug testing. Compensation & Benefits $50,000 - $60,000 annual compensation target consisting of base salary and bonuses. Full‑time hours: Store Hours 10-7 M-F, 10-4 Sat, Closed Sundays.
