Overview: The Termite Technician is responsible for installing and maintaining termite bait stations, termite inspections, and completing active termite treatments. This position requires someone who can meet the physical abilities described below, excellent follow-through, and customer service skills. Key Result Areas: Complete daily scheduled stops for customers Properly greet customers Follow the Go-Forth Training Manual with 100% accuracy Conduct inventory checks of all equipment daily Maintain vehicle cleanliness Tracking of the maintenance of equipment Schedule maintenance to fix broken equipment Other duties as assigned Requirements: Lives all company values 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred 1-2 years of physical outdoor labor experience preferred Detail Oriented: capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task completed Physical Requirements: Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. Ability to work in all types of weather conditions The pay range for this role is: 40,000 - 60,000 USD per year (High Point, NC) #J-18808-Ljbffr
