Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant with basic accounting experience to provide support across HR and finance functions. This role involves assisting with employee documentation, data entry, payroll support, and routine accounting tasks such as invoice processing and expense tracking. A key part of this position will include scanning and organizing employee files as the company transitions from paper records to an electronic filing system. The ideal candidate is organized, discreet, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports
• Maintain accurate and organized financial files and records
• Scan, upload, and organize employee files to support the transition to an electronic recordkeeping system
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy before filing into the electronic system
• Enter financial data into accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar systems
• Perform administrative tasks related to finance, HR, and accounting as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to pass a drug screening test
• Must have experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work with little to no supervision
• Strong Microsoft Office experience required
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential employee records professionally
