Operations Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team. This full-time, in-office role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in operations who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows and maintaine fficiency.
- Handle client service inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records and manage data entry processes.
- Assist with compliance and regulatory documentation.
Qualifications &Skills
- 2+years of prior experience in operations preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
