Project Coordinator

Coordinate AI research and data operations that support the development of advanced generative AI models. You will serve as the operational link between program leadership and a growing team of domain experts, helping translate direction into clear, actionable workflows. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a day-to-day contact for AI data projects and keep workflows operating smoothly.
• Turn leadership input into clear guidelines for expert teams.
• Onboard and support new experts as the program expands.
• Participate in weekly business reviews, organize notes and action items, and lead calls when needed.
• Identify quality issues, investigate root causes, and communicate findings across teams.
• Help create and refine project guidelines with research and product partners.
• Identify potential roadblocks early and support their resolution.
• Track project deliverables in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Adapt to evolving project needs.

• Must be based in the United States.
• A STEM background is strongly preferred.
• At least 3 years of project coordination or project management experience, including coordinating large cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI training-data or human-data projects as a project coordinator, team lead, EPM, or expert contributor.
• Experience coordinating AI or data programs at organizations such as Meta, TikTok, or Amazon is preferred, as is EPM or project-lead experience on AI training projects.
• Strong data-management skills, including Excel and SQL, plus working knowledge of coding.
• People-management experience or a demonstrated ability to lead large groups effectively.

• Hourly W-2 employment through an employer-of-record arrangement, with placement on a leading AI lab''s extended workforce.
• The employer-of-record arrangement provides payroll, benefits, and compliance support.

• $45 to $55 per hour.
