About the Position The company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee K-12 construction projects in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina , with project values up to $30 million . This is a long-term role with sustained work in the Myrtle Beach area—ideal for a Project Manager looking to stay local while working on meaningful, community-focused projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, contract administration, and coordination with school districts, design teams, and internal field leadership.
