• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documentation, and other transactional documents
• Prepare capital markets agreements including JV operating agreements, syndication agreements, and preferred equity structures
• Manage deal workflow end-to-end — from inception through closing — alongside partners and paralegals
• Serve as a primary client contact throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Juggle multiple deals simultaneously with precision and professionalism

• 4–7 years of real estate transactional experience
• Strong command of purchase and sale agreements and financing documentation
• Sharp drafting and negotiation skills
• A client-first mindset with polished communication abilities
• Proven ability to independently own deals from start to finish
• A collaborative, proactive attitude — no egos here
